Shipping Policy

At KT Milano, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our available shipping options, delivery times, shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and order value.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when the order subtotal reaches the applicable threshold.

Shipping thresholds may vary for certain destinations due to carrier availability, customs requirements or local delivery conditions. The shipping options and applicable costs available at checkout are the final shipping options for your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

• Italy: approximately 1–2 business days
• European Union: approximately 3–5 business days
• International destinations: approximately 1–2 business days, where this service is available
• United Kingdom: approximately 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, EU consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

4. International Orders, Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and may be payable by the customer upon importation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their country.

Customs clearance may also cause additional delivery delays.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

KT Milano cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ktmilano.com.

We will try to assist you before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the products received.

For goods damaged during delivery through a carrier arranged by the seller, the seller remains responsible under applicable consumer rules.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

For eligible consumer purchases within the European Union, customers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless KT Milano has agreed to cover those costs or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Legal Guarantee

Products purchased from KT Milano are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. For consumers in the EU, goods are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee for defects or lack of conformity, subject to applicable law.

This legal guarantee is separate from our commercial returns policy.
